Hey all, Looking for someone to join me in my 2 bedroom apartment in Randwick on Avoca Street. It’s the master bedroom and is available now. Have also just moved in so decor is a work in progress. 📍It’s in a great spot - 5 minute walk to Centennial Park, 5 minutes to the DOG and 10 minutes to Randwick Junction. The bus takes about 15 minutes to Bondi junction and 25 minutes to the City. Lots of transport options - light rail, bus, e-bike, walking etc. 🏠 It’s a huge room and can accomodate any size bed, has large built in robes with full mirrors, space for a working from home set up (desk etc) a ceiling fan and a leaft outlook over the garden with great sunlight in the mornings. Apartment also has a balcony, BBQ, internal laundry, communal pool and kitchen with brand new appliances. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️ Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is a working professional and is happy to share the responsibilities of keeping a clean and relaxed home. It’s newly renovated so wanting to keep it in good nick. Not a party house, but definitely enjoy having mates over for dinner or to watch sport on the tele. Very happy for you to do the same or join in. I’m a pretty social character and always up for a chat, however, also mindful of peoples space and living with others.
