I am currently sharing with a mature lady a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Paradise Waters which. You will have your own bedroom with large ensuite and private balcony however share the common areas. You will need to provide your own bed however the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The views are spectacular as you can see from the mountains to the beach. Facilities include 3 pools, 3 tennis courts, gym and is on the water. Close to shops and tramline. You will be required to take over my part of the lease which is up in November. Rent is $475 per week and you will be required to pay a bond. I would like to move asap so please only apply if your serious and you will need to be approved by the landlord ☺️
