I'm offering a peaceful room in my lovely Glen Innes home, just minutes from beautiful beaches, coastal walks, cafés, supermarkets, organic stores, gyms, public transport, and only 10 minutes by train to the CBD. The room comes furnished with a king single bed and bamboo sheets. Walking closet. The house is quiet, tidy, and respectful, with a relaxed atmosphere. Rent is $360 per week and includes power, water, gas, internet, rubbish collection, cleaning, and eco-friendly household products. You'll have your own toilet and share the shower with one other flatmate. We also have an infrared sauna available and a friendly cat living with us, so it may not suit someone with cat allergies. This home was once shared with my daughter, who has now moved out. I'm looking for someone who appreciates a calm, clean, and harmonious environment. We're friendly and happy to share a cup of tea or a meal from time to time, while also respecting each other's space and privacy.
