I have a room in Carseldine up for rent for $320 p/w. Internet is not included in the rent and water and electricity is split between all the house mates (if you decide to move in it will be split 6 ways). Water coms out quarterly and electrify is monthly😁 Currently my partner and I are in one room (we work away in the mines every 2nd week so barely home), my sister is in another and we have another young couple in the ensuite room. All the rooms are upstairs, there is a share bathroom upstairs (across from where this room is) plus there is an extra toilet downstairs. The room has a 3 sliding door wardrobe and can fit a queen bed max in the room (3X3m room). The bathroom is a shared bathroom with my sister, my partner and I (but my partner and I are barley home as we work away in the mines) Every room has aircon/ heater and locks on their doors. The rooms are non furnished but the downstairs area is furnished. We are a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute drive from Westfield chermside plus there is other shops, gyms, groceries etc within a 2 minute drive in every direction. There are 3 parks onsite which is first in best dressed but there is also plenty of street parking. Very central location. We are looking for girls only and no pets or smokers.
